Why are your prices so low?
We don't have a big fancy, state of the art website. We have a Customer friendly website. We operate out of a small private, warehouse. We buy in bulk from our suppliers to help keep our costs low.
Why should I buy from you?
Here at UltimateHandbags.com, we make it our goal to satisfy our clients. When you order from us you won't have to wait weeks for your order. We ship within 24-48 hours, once payment is confirmed.
What if I didn't see a particular style or color on your site?
E-mail us at: info@ultimatehandbags.com . We can search our unstocked items or order your desired selection. Let us know what item you are interested in and we will see what we can do! If you have a picture of the item, send it to us.
How much is sales tax and shipping?
All orders are free of sales tax and shipping charges within the USA only!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure credit card payments via our online shopping cart. We also accept Google Checkout, Storm Pay, Ikobo and Paypal.
I just paid, now what!?
Once your payment is processed you will receive an email. We will ship your order within 2 business days and you will receive tracking information. Email us at : shipping@ultimatehandbags.com for tracking info.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX and EMS.
Do you wholesale?
We no longer wholesale. We offer a 10% discount on our handbags if you purchase 5pcs or more. info@ultimatehandbags.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use USPS Global Priority or Express mail unless otherwise requested. We charge $28 per order, shipping fee on all International orders and $25 for Canada.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my item(s)?
We currently accept returns for exchanges. Refer to our *Return Policy, for more details.
